Her cortisol came back normal on a single draw, she spent eight months fixing her sleep, and the number that finally moved it was not on the sleep list at all. P.S. Comment STRESS below and I will send you access to my nervous system assessment. This is a pattern I see most weeks rather than from one person’s chart. Swipe for the three curves. The part worth sitting with is that eight months of perfect sleep hygiene was not a failure. It was the cleanest possible proof that the driver was somewhere else, and most people never get that proof because they change four things at once and then cannot tell which one did anything. The driver was two years of training fasted at five thirty in the morning. Seven hundred mornings of a stress response before dawn, on no fuel. Comment STRESS and I will send you the assessment. Educational purposes only. Not medical advice.
