@christinadelposso Only in the USA a mother takes the lives of her children and people DEFEND HER. We are witnessing the downfall of a twisted nation (rightly so). She should be in death row.
@denisebenner21 @smileyvik, Here are the facts: she was told what she did, and she accepted it because she knew she was having thoughts. She does not remember anything! That's what she said. She had a broken neck and a crushed thyroid; she 100% did not speak to Patrick and confess anything! She couldn't talk to paramedics, and the 911 call does not hear her say ANYTHING! So, YES, they took his word for it. At 5:23 PM, her heart rate was 57, and her Apple Watch was removed. At 5:24 PM, Patrick sent an email from that house, on his laptop, to his work colleagues. He changed his story, saying he sent it from the CVS parking lot, then said he couldn't remember. No law enforcement checked to see the I.P. address it was sent from. He (I don't believe it was him) arrived at CVS at 5:32PM; 1.5 miles away. 8 minutes? The hair, facial features, sweatshirt, and shoes were all different. Who was the woman who handed off a cellphone to Patrick's double at CVS, and why? Explain that. He called Lindsay, supposedly, which could have been his alibi. Especially since he said it was because they didn't have the name-brand Pedialax yet, but he bought it. His alibi is not rock solid! As far as autopsies on the body and cremation. How many times have bodies been exhumed for reexamination? He could have buried their bodies. He received 1.7 million dollars through GoFundMe; it wasn't like he couldn't afford it.

@cfreddyforner BUT.., what if she never had psychosis… CC can lead someone to have depression, anxiety and even a psychotic break.
@smileyvik Lindsey and her own attorney have never spoken one bad word about Patrick. She did it and she admits to doing it - and claims she did it whilst struggling with her mental health. What I struggle with is the fact she unalived all 3 kids when the youngest (Callan) was 8 months old and that’s the age, by Lindsey’s own reporting, when their 2nd (Dawson) started to becoming more ‘difficult’ - which is recorded online as something Lindsey herself reported in online chat forums / Facebook (see below image). This is what Lindsey struggled with a lot. I also believe she unalived Dawson first (the ‘difficult’ one). That doesn’t sit comfortably with me.

@denisebenner21 I don't understand why laws haven't been put into place to protect evidence. Why was he allowed to cremate the children? Why was he allowed to sell the house before the trial? Why weren't both adults looked at as possible suspects instead of just Lindsay? Why did the authorities take his word for it? She clearly couldn't speak when they arrived! Three beautiful babies lost their lives, and the true killer is walking free. Just my opinion.
