So many nail techs struggle with this, and on the other hand, so many clients never return because they weren’t completely happy with something.🥹 One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that clients sometimes feel more comfortable sharing their disappointment with others than speaking directly to their nail tech. I understand these conversations can feel uncomfortable, but believe me, nail techs who genuinely care about their work WANT your feedback. ❤️ As long as your request doesn’t compromise the health and safety of your natural nails, we’re more than happy to listen, adjust and make sure you leave feeling happy with your nails. Please give us the opportunity to make things right before walking away disappointed. 🫶🏼 Nail techs, feel free to share this so your clients know they can always be honest with you! 🤎

@andreeamatei_nailtech That’s why Im asking my clients to check every time, any corner that might be too sharp or anything. As that’s when I could correct something not right, not after they’ve left the studio
