@femandhealth We have a long way to go..Many women don't know about anxiety and PPD until they are already in middle of it..We prepare extensively for birth ,for baby but for mom..nope..nada..
@aloka_onelove Given the average daily birth rate in India is about 65000, that “uncommon” number could well be between 65-130 women, getting affected, every day (depending on postpartum recovery). And close to 50,000 women every year, by simple mathematical calculations. Why do we not talk enough about perinatal health?
