Samuel Leeds@samuelleeds I was recently interviewed by the Metro, where they wanted a deep breakdown on my monthly income I pay myself. Many people were shocked to find out I pay myself £100,000 per month, but I don’t use any money from YouTube, social media or my training business to live on or to spend; that gets reinvested back into the business. I live off of the rental income across the portfolio, the hotels, and returns from Samuel Leeds Finance, and take out equity through my portfolio as and when it appreciates. The first thing that goes out every month is what I give away to help people and causes I care about. I budget £20,000 per month for that. As a Christian, I believe it’s biblical to tithe 10% of your income, and I also give through my company and my charity, Samuel Leeds Foundation. The reason I take out far less than I could is because my instinct is always to put money back to work rather than spend it. @absolutevaleting They need some sort of money for a deposit, they need to prove their income for the last 3 months if employed or last 2/3 years if self employed. Once they do borrow 4 times their salary, they will need capital or a good credit rating to get a loan to do the house up. They have options but it sure doesn’t happen over night for them.

@apiacollege I think many people would like the opportunity to grow wealth, but just don’t know how or where to start. And getting funding from UK banks has become extremely difficult. I myself understand the potential for property investment, but to date I have not secured funding to do so. Which leaves most of us stuck with dreams and ability to fulfill them.
