@justynkamisiek1306 I have been waiting for a response to my complaint for over three weeks. Chloé initially replied, but after I responded and challenged their position, they simply stopped responding. Over three weeks of ignoring a customer regarding a complaint about a product of this calibre? Is this really Chloé’s idea of customer service? Absolutely unacceptable.
