🍂 As we move towards the Autumn Equinox on 23 September, the natural world offers us a different rhythm. We live in a culture that constantly asks us to expand, improve, achieve and become more. But nature doesn't work that way. There are seasons for flowering and seasons for retreat, for reaching outward and for turning inward. Autumn reminds us that rest, release and decay aren't failures of growth - they're part of the cycle. 🌀 🌒 23 September marks the Autumn Equinox, when the Sun crosses the celestial equator and astronomical autumn begins in the Northern Hemisphere. From here, the days will gradually become shorter and the nights longer. As we approach this turning point, perhaps it's worth asking: what season are you in? And what if you don't need to be growing right now? What might happen if you allowed yourself to slow down, let something fall away, and trust what is happening beneath the surface?

@jennscottenergetics There is so much wisdom in allowing life to have seasons. Growth doesn’t always look like forward movement.
