Good morning from East Tennessee! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by the way the earth moves around the sun and how the seasons slowly change around us. This time of year always makes me smile. The sun is starting is starting to head south, sitting a little lower in the sky each day, and you can already see it in the way the light hits the mountains and the shadows stretch through the trees. Fall is coming to East Tennessee, and there just ain’t a prettier time of year in these mountains. It is, without a doubt, my favorite season! 🍂⛰️

@wagamanbast I try to watch the sun come up on the Cumberland 2-3 days a week to start my day with the blessing of the sun rising. Beautiful pic!
