@lucasmemabjj I bought two kimonos, but after washing them, both shrank so dramatically that they are completely unwearable. Since kimonos need to be washed after every use, this level of shrinkage points to very poor material quality. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to help or offer a replacement, stating that more than 30 days had passed since the purchase date. They provided no flexibility or solutions whatsoever. I am now left with two brand-new, useless kimonos and zero support from the brand. I would not recommend buying from them.
