Leaders should ‘Reinvent The Wheel’ Improve what is already working. It’s absolutely okay to find a better way, to improve, to reimagine and do things differently. In time everything must be reviewed and be renewed. Don’t be a Blockbuster leader trapped in a Netflix world.
