@cosmin.pricochi This should be more focused maybe in sectors where the gap is really big. In Europe in many fields people stopped making these kind of differences. We should identify the sectors that are really causing this gap and see if there is something it can be clearly done.

@eehhpee But if someone ask where are these jobs and how they know... No one could tell. Sure when comparing nurse and engineer but if comparing engineer and engineer. It just doesn't exist factually.
