You never know what someone is carrying. They seem strong — you don't know what they're carrying. They're still showing up — you don't know what it took to get there. They're always smiling — that doesn't mean everything is okay. They're the person everyone relies on — strong people need people too. Check on your people. Not only when something seems wrong.
