Some technologies we use every day could look completely different by 2030. From physical credit cards and passwords to cash, paper receipts, traditional keys and remote controls, digital alternatives are already changing how we pay, access our homes, store information and interact with devices. That does not mean these technologies will completely disappear by 2030. Instead, many could become less common as invisible, digital and biometric alternatives continue to grow. The future may not look like a science fiction movie. It may simply mean that many things we use today are no longer necessary. 🌍 #FutureTechnology #Technology #DigitalFuture #Innovation #FutureTech

@jason.hazlett Nah, all this is reducing but none of it is going anywhere. Plus cash should be king! Also what happens when technology breaks down - we need to be versatile to alternative methods in case otherwise society breaks down on a power cut!

@jana_dragonfly Check out my project on House Keys (I submitted a proposal to the Tate Gallery on Sep 26th, 2024). I now have 1472 photographs of our house key compositions 🔑 and carrying on before these object's dissappear. I also collaborated with Small House Gallery, and I show my work as a tangible and digital piece 🙌
