@hammad.rizwan Jones could’ve made this argument moot by fighting Aspinall or Francis. Instead he chose the easier path and fought Stipe. When put in a similar situation, Makhachev took the toughest fight available instead of Kamaru, who, btw is still a far harder challenge than Stipe. That pretty much settles it for some fight fans. Be it Makhachev, St pierre, or someone else, Jones’ days as the GOAT of the sport are numbered. Simply because he’s got too many asterisks in his legacy. And thankfully, the new generation of fight fans recognizes that 🙌
