「腰椎退行性变；L4/5椎间盘突出（中央型）。」 「頸椎退行性變；C5椎體1向後滑脫；C5/6椎間盤相對緣終板炎。C5/6椎間盤突出（左旁中央型）。」 Ok，以上係我照完頸椎同埋腰椎嘅MRI診斷結果😌呢個「結果」結果打斷咗我堅持咗差唔多一個月幾乎日日更新社交平台的Pattern 😅真係好痛🤣😭 之前瘋狂寫劇本同埋剪片，係要付出代價嘅😌 其實好多辛勞的低頭族都有類似呢嘅通病，只要耐心慢慢治療應該都會改善好多。 不過我而家手機入面啲片同埋相塞晒大車！要慢慢剪同post返，今日買嗰啲頸箍同腰封到咗，先夠膽開始又低頭搞手機，所以請大家多多包容點解今日仲post緊上個星期嘅宣傳活動相🤣🙏🏻 喺呢度特別想讚一讚髮型師真係好用心幫我設計咗好多我未試過嘅髮型，我覺得佢真係將髮型當係佢藝術品咁樣創作，which is 我真係好欣賞熱愛自己工作同埋創作嘅人👍🏻 @riclam00 週一至週五晚8:30，請大家多多支持《死有對証》❤️可在“無線翡翠台”和“埋堆堆”收看。 @tvbcomhk #死有對証 #TVB #陳熹潼 #方文琪 #方醫生
