@solivas2007 @mcdonalds just go back to the 90 second time clock. I promise that would solve about 75% of your problems. Stop expecting people to pay 3 hours of wages for McDonald’s dinner out, you’re not fine dining, you’re fast food make it FAST, and AFFORDABLE again. You want customers back? Literally bring back $4,$5 or $6 meals. $9 for a kids meal? $12 for a big mack? That solves 15%. 5% is customer service, have some. Teach your team how to actually speak and help the customer. The last 5% is in the building itself you have made it look like a business dinner, nobody is wants that. I acknowledge this will never get seen.❤️
