DAY OF RAGE FOR WOMEN 🔥 Your anger is beautiful. Your rage belongs here. Join me for a day-long rage retreat for women, created in partnership with @gabriellewildheart. The anger we women carry—for myriad reasons—is sacred. And right now, it is especially needed. At one of the newest retreat spaces on the island (location to be disclosed later) we’ll enter a somatic encounter with anger, exploring what it feels like to fully inhabit our bodies and emotions. Through movement, sound, reflection, food and shared experience, this gathering will make space for the parts of us that have been silenced, dismissed, or asked to stay small. OUR FEMININE FURY. This is an invitation to meet your rage with curiosity, compassion, and courage. To be witnessed in your truth. To reconnect with the wisdom of your body and the force of your own voice.
