@emmiawardssss Hi, I’m reaching out again about order #30984 placed on August 21. USPS still shows “Awaiting Item,” meaning only the label was created on August 26 and they still haven’t received the package. I understand delays happen, but it has been weeks and I need a clear update on when my order will actually be shipped. I also used a discount that your business publicly offered, so that should not affect fulfillment. If I don’t receive an update or see tracking movement soon, I’ll have to dispute the charge for merchandise not received. I’d rather resolve this directly with you.
