The m.ph lip. Start with The Overliner just beyond your natural lip line, focusing on the cupids bow and center of the bottom lip to create shape and dimension. Swipe Lip Ciggy over the center of the lips and blend into your liner. Finish with Top Coat for that final touch of shine. Go all over for a glossy lip, or just the center for extra dimension.
