In this exclusive excerpt from "Eat (Like) The Rich" (out Sept. 15), @oliviatied sets the stage for her debut cookbook, a beginner-friendly guide to ruling the kitchen like a real chef. A restaurant industry veteran, Tiedemann worked as a private chef in the Hamptons in 2023, when she started posting cooking videos on TikTok. Her dry sense of humor and signature middle finger to the camera — not to mention the mouth-watering meals she prepared — soon earned her a following.
