@dc_canadianguy Daniel Heaf should be required to visit Bath and Body Works store locations and speak to customers and staff to actually gain a grasp of who the customer and employee and long time fragrance connoisseurs are. He currently has no understanding. If he can't gain a grasp, he needs to be fired posthaste and replaced.

@dc_canadianguy Daniel Heaf and Luke Long don't understand fragrance, they don't understand customers, they don't understand how to run a company, they don't understand product sales. Daniel Heaf wrecked Nike and now he's wrecking Bath and Body Works and customers are sick of it.
