@boyceup Did you know that if you call AMC Customer Support, you cannot reach a live person—and if you email, you may not receive a response either? After multiple attempts to resolve a legitimate refund issue through AMC’s customer service channels, I’ve received no response. Apparently, the best way to get someone’s attention is to post publicly here or file a complaint with the BBB. It’s extremely disappointing that an A-List member has to resort to public comments just to receive basic customer service. This experience says a lot about how AMC values its loyal customers.

@tmby17 Some of the movies that are out they don’t have early times and the ones that I want to watch are all evening times, even on the Weekends, what’s up with that. I think you AMC should figure out why? I’m a movie goer, I get disappointed because so of these movies are like this. I pay money for being A-List member, how about showing movies at earlier times.
