Our oh so delicious and humble, phat pak. 🍚 This is a cabbage stir fry where we use super high heat and aromatics in the wok to make the cabbage super tender and to bring out its sweetness. Finished with fried garlic 🤤 I’ve watched this dish change minds about cabbage. 🥬 Photo: @dustchambers
