Next spring-ish, she plans to open the Shell Bar in the South End, taking over the Tremont Street space that housed B&G Oysters for over two decades. Expect kettle-fried fish and chips, a raw bar that goes well beyond oysters, and a design scheme built for "romance"—dark and intimate, with just 38 seats inside.
