They then poured a flammable liquid over the injured mother dog and set her on fire while she was still alive, filming the entire incident while laughing. According to reports, Wang Wang used her final moments to crawl back to her deceased puppies before dying.The Aftermath & ConsequencesNo Criminal Charges: Because all five boys were under China's age of criminal responsibility (14), they could not be prosecuted or criminally charged. Local authorities announced they were sent to a specialized school for corrective education.Global Outrage: The footage was shared online, triggering severe backlash both within China and internationally. Because mainland China lacks a national animal welfare law protecting companion animals or strays, Wang Wang’s death sparked a massive movement demanding legal protections.Censorship and Activism: On Chinese social media, hashtags and posts about the incident were heavily censored and removed. In response, activists and businesses purchased digital billboards and memorials in major global locations like New York's Times Square, Tokyo, Taipei, and Milan to raise awareness, alongside public protests in cities like Sydney. Organizations such as the International Association for Protection of Animals (IAPWA) have launched global petitions seeking systemic legal reform in China.

But in South Korea I want North Korean commanders are in highest positions with Russia, China and India.
