We can start asking ourselves: What did I learn? What am supposed to do differently now? How is this going to change my life? But not every experience arrives with a clear message or needs to become a lesson.'.

An experience might change the way you relate to a question without giving you an answer. It might bring something into awareness that takes months or years to understand. Sometimes integration is less about extracting meaning and more about noticing what continues to move, shift or emerge in the weeks and months afterwards.'.

What happens after the psychedelic experience? Sometimes an experience opens something in us that everyday life doesn't quite have the language for. Integration is the space to slow down, reflect, ask questions, and explore what the experience might mean for your life now.
