Since then, he has continued to prove that age is not a limit—unless you let it be. 🎬 He continued taking on remarkable roles in films including The Two Popes, The Father, The Son, Armageddon Time, One Life, Freud’s Last Session and Rebel Moon, among others. 🏆 He gave one of the performances of his lifetime in The Father — earning a BAFTA and, at 83, his second Academy Award for Best Actor, becoming the oldest actor ever to win the category. 📸 He continued appearing in photoshoots, interviews, magazine features and on red carpets, attending premieres, award ceremonies and countless events around the world. 🌸 He even ventured into the world of fragrance, launching his own AH Eau de Parfum, alongside a collection of scented candles and diffusers featuring his artwork. 💻 He entered the digital world with his own NFT collection, proving that he wasn’t afraid to embrace something completely new. 📖 In 2025, he released his memoir We Did OK, Kid: A Memoir, opening up about his childhood in Wales, his career, his personal struggles and the journey that shaped the man behind the legend. 🥂 Perhaps most importantly, in December 2025, Anthony celebrated 50 YEARS OF SOBRIETY — a milestone he used not simply to celebrate himself, but to encourage others who may be struggling to seek help and choose life. 🎼 And now, at 88, he has opened another chapter of his creativity with Life Is a Dream — an album of his own musical compositions, recorded with the Philharmonia Orchestra and conductor Gustavo Dudamel. @magpie_the_original The first time I saw him was on TV in the 80's (I think)! He was a married man who killed his wife. The acting was incredible. I have followed him since then
