i never thought i’d be able to do any of these things, let alone feel confident doing it again, but i truly believe that doing things scared is the only way to build your dream life!! i’ve been on this introspective journey since turning 30 this year, and getting over “the mountain is you” (such a good book, i highly recommend everyone give it a read), your brain only seeks comfort and familiarity as a survival instinct. but once we start doing things that make us feel uncomfortable, things that are new and promise the unknown, that’s when the floodgates open and everything you’ve ever wanted comes full steam ahead. i’m by no means special, but i hope whoever’s reading this has the audacity to do one small thing that makes them feel uncomfortable, because that means you’re growing and getting one step closer to the person you were always meant to be 💌
