Chandler Hatch, Wilmington (Instagram: @chandlerbrockhatch) Boat in a marsh "Growing up along the coast of North Carolina, the marsh has always felt like home to me, especially in the fall. Everyone talks about the mountains this time of year, and rightfully so, but there’s something quiet and beautiful about the coast when the grass turns from deep green to gold and the light starts to soften. This photo was taken after a long day of fishing with a friend. We had been poling through the marsh, chasing drum on the fly. On the way in, with the sun starting to drop, everything lined up—the light, the colors, the stillness—and I grabbed a few shots before we called it a day." @deadly_nymph Killing that poor mother bear and dooming her cubs to a tragic death is evil and inhumane. You’re just killing the bear for revenge. Shame on you.
@elusivezoomie I read an article that you will be put down a mama bear that has 3 cubs, due to her breaking into a house and scratching the owner. Could you not relocate her to somewhere deeper in the forest so she can raise her cubs? Or will her cubs be put down as well? I'm not sure they can survive with out her.
