🌆Elizabeth Lim London Event at Waterstones Piccadilly.🎏 I had the privilege yesterday to attend the panel chaired by Alice interviewing Elizabeth Lim. As you all know, Elizabeth is one my all time favourite authors, I have been reading her books since 2021 and been following her books religiously since then and recommending them when I can. I read Fishbone Cinderella back in June and enjoyed this beautiful tale of multi generational sacrifice, curses and love and the talk really emphasised that. I loved hearing Elizabeth talk about how her grandmother’s story inspired her and the research that went into it. Especially the mouth watering food. I admire Elizabeth so very much and it was such an honour meeting her and having a wonderful conversation with her.
