Shauna Hagan | storymeetslife@storymeetslife I travelled to London today for a book signing. Elizabeth Lim has been on my radar for a while so I took the opportunity to hear her speak on her new novel Fishbone Cinderella! And, I am pleased to say that she did not disappoint. Her new book is inspired by her grandmother's past and that alone has me excited. I love books that explore family dynamics and strained relationships. This one is also inspired by East Asian folklore which is pretty cool as well. #tbr #waterstones #london #storymeetslife

@laurendoesbooks I have literally just finished Fishbone Cinderella and it was incredible! Having read all of @elimpix's books I knew it would be good, but she has truly outdone herself with this one 🥹🩷 hope you had the best time at the signing! Gutted there wasn't one up in Scotland 🥺
