You can either sit back and ride it out or start to define what creates purpose in your life, it has to matter to you, no one else’s definition will make your life worth living. What a gift to be able to choose what is worth our time, what holds value, how we want to use our bodies. Purpose won’t arrive at your doorstep, you have to put in effort, whether it’s being a better friend, creating art, physically evolving, having kids, being a part of a community, etc . I train a lot of things that maybe others would look at and question why I would waste my time doing it. Honestly, why do anything? Because you define it as purposeful to your life, maybe even essential to your survival. . What gives you purpose? I’d love to know💓 . #aerialist #performer #artist
