⛈️ 𝑯𝒆𝒏𝒓𝒚’𝒔 𝑾𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍@henrysweatherchannel 1 week ago, I lost a giant pumpkin in the patch from major soil disease after what was an unbelievable comeback from an awful start to the season. That left me with this pumpkin remaining to try and save it from the disease. In the last week I have done just that but the job isn't even close to being done as we continue to fight this major soil disease and a significant stem split on this pumpkin. 44 days until the Topsfield Fair. Somehow I've been able to keep this pumpkin growing at 27-30 pounds a day with an estimated weight of now 600 pounds. If I manage to get this pumpkin to the Topsfield Fair, this will be the greatest comeback I've ever made and I've made some big ones over the last 11 years. It's always a fight and that fight is going to continue for as long as possible. #extremegardening #pumpkin #newengland #gardening
