Let’s be honest - we’ve been saying it ourselves and this “You don’t look autistic” line can be tricky because we’re still in the midst of figuring it out ourselves. One minute our default setting was “Nothing to see here” and the next the perimenopause rocked up and made our strategies, workarounds and systems impossible to keep up. So if you’re in the midst of this late diagnosis journey too and you know you want to figure it out your way then stick around. I’m cheerleading you and sharing what I’m finding works and helps. Here’s to us thriving in this plot twist.

@sarahleabee For transparency I might fancy a Chanel label (who didn’t love the Devil Wears Prada outfit that Andy wore ) but it’s a case of champagne taste on a lemonade budget 😂)
