A little story about me 📸 First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me on social media. I truly appreciate every follow, like, comment, and message. I started photography in 2015, right after high school, with an iPhone 4S. My first camera was a Nikon D7100, which I used for almost 8 years. During college, I stopped posting because I was busy with school, but I never stopped taking photos. I minored in photography, shot black-and-white film, and developed my own work in the school darkroom. Those were some of my favorite memories. After college, COVID hit and I felt pretty lost. I eventually found a full-time job, but photography was always in the back of my mind. In 2023, a friend encouraged me to start photography and posting again. I upgraded to a Sony A7 IV and started shooting and sharing my work almost every day. And I upgraded to the Sony Alpha 7CR in 2024, and I’ve been using this camera body most of the time ever since. I started RedNote in 2023 and YouTube in 2025. Today, I’m incredibly grateful to have 1.1M followers on Instagram, 119K on RedNote, and 180K subscribers on YouTube. Thank you so much for all the support! People often ask if photography is my full-time job. It’s not — I found a full-time job that I enjoy, and photography is my side hustle and hobby. Photography is not my full time job at the moment. And honestly, I hope it stays that way. I want to keep doing photography for the rest of my life simply because I love it. And if you’re a content creator, an artist, or simply someone pursuing a hobby you love, I hope you don’t give up. Keep practicing, keep learning, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Every mistake is part of the process, and you’ll be surprised by how much you can grow if you simply keep going.
