John Gardiner@jkgardiner_ Leaving Norway now after 3 days of teaching at Shotokan Karateklubb Stavanger. 8 classes with a very focused, enthusiastic and open minded group of Karateka from around 5-6 dojos in Norway 🇳🇴 Working with such dedicated karateka is always a pleasure and makes my job an easy one. Classes covered Kihon, Kata, Kumite, Bunkai and impact work on pads. Thanks again to Ernst Brimsøe, Trine Brimsøe, Henning Moen and Camilla Moen for looking after me again this weekend, everything I needed was taken care of 🙏🏼 and thanks to everyone who made the journey to train with me. #karate #shotokan
