@kellroark Please no more nurse practitioners. We need more Doctors. NPs are rarely skilled enough and they don’t learn medical model medicine. Patients believe they get better care because they might be “nicer”, but “nice” is not always smarter. Nurses are heavily protocol dependent and lack integrative technical complexity. Just make more Doctors ffs. We need more MDs. Desperately.
