Post this picture on your profile.” Less than a month ago, he had asked me if I could make him a Guayabera. “Of course,” I replied. “I’ll make you the best one you’ll ever own.” And so we did. Completely handmade, with hand-turned pleats, buttons on the pockets with buttonholes to keep them securely closed, side waist buckles to adjust the silhouette, and the finest Italian linen, washed with Aloe Vera to give it an exceptional softness. Dear Morante, it’s a pleasure, this is the Rubinacci way. And who knows… perhaps next summer we’ll make them together for our friends. Rubinacci x Morante de La Puebla.
