August officially marks 6 years that I started what is now Rel’s Nails. πŸ₯ΉπŸŽ°β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸ’πŸŽ±πŸ¦‹ The way time has flown is insane and to think i was only 15 about to be 16 when i started , to now this year almost turning 23. Im a whole different person now but still with the same desire to do this craft of mine. I always knew that I wanted to do nails , but never imagine it to be my full time job. And my first job at that. I loved doing my nails ever since i was 7-8. Would get in trouble for the smell of nail polish even nail polish remover inside the house. I also always knew i wanted to do something with art. And how crazy that now this is my full time job and my dream job at that. I am forever grateful and thankful for all the amazing people i have met on this journey. The first time jitters of meeting a client turned to friendships , turning to me knowing WAY too much about them now , all love tho πŸ˜‚πŸ«ΆπŸΌ. What a blessing it is to have people so comfortable with you in a space you’ve built that they can laugh , cry , sing , and vent freely with no judgement. These ladies i’ve met have made me excited to say , let’s go to work. The fact that at times i’m not able to gift them the world but i’m able to gift them my talent and they’re satisfied. I love my clients down. Each and every single one of yall have benefited me in so many ways. To think that at times i forget this is even a job. What a privilege it is to be able to do something you love everyday. To be able to make women feel beautiful with little silly nail designs. To be able to be here for women in every stage of their lives. I started doing nails outside under my porch with no walls, just straight august georgia HEAT , and mosquitos and my nail products barely working , and i’m so blessed to say some of those people still come to me TO THIS DAY. With that being said , always strive for what you love and if you’re not happy doing what provides your needs in life , make change to do what you love every single day because life’s to short to hate going to work when in this life we unfortunately have to work. Chase your dreams and nothing in this life is impossible. With love ALWAYS - RELS NAILSπŸ–€
