The Vanderpump Dog Foundation@vanderpumpdogs Meet Cosmo. 🤍 This sweet 8-year-old Cocker Spaniel was found roaming the streets as a stray with a severely matted coat causing her pain and covered in foxtails which cause severe pain from their sharp barbs. Despite that, even in the shelter, she showed just how happy, gentle, and loving she is. ✨ She’s now finally receiving the care she needed. Cosmo does have a heart condition that requires daily medication, and yesterday she went in for her first echocardiogram so we can learn more about her diagnosis and the care she’ll need moving forward.
