Just a reminder you don’t have to cook it ALL yourself to eat well. Smart shortcuts like pre-chopped vegetables, salad kits, and spice blends all add up to get healthy dinners on the table faster. Ain’t no shame in the store-bought game! These dinners were so easy and so summery! Comment “SEND” and I’ll email you the links to them!

@tarrarrreynolds I used to watch a food network show called Semi Homemade that taught this concept. This is such a great lesson for busy home cooks!

@hipykats Thank you for the affirmation about store bought! I try to make the best decisions between making and buying items. I need more easy simple flavorings. Also what do you cook your fish with? Is that onions, olive oil? I can’t get my (Kroger wild caught Individually frozen) salmon to taste good enough that I want to eat it more often. I prefer tilapia until I read conflicting reviews. I also bought an iron grill pan to try. Can you recommend flavoring and techniques? Thanks
