Before you follow me, these are some of the popular new age concepts that I just can't get behind as an Energy Healer, Somatics Practitioner and Intuitive Guide... So much of the new age spiritual community creates ideas and concepts that gaslight and spiritually bypass real human experiences. I am a deeply intuitive being and I do believe in all things magic ✨️ but I also have my feet firmly grounded in reality. And this reality is hardcore for so many of us- we are existing in systems that prioritize profit over people, capitalism and patriarchy stealing the life out of us at every opportunity, religion disconnecting us, and especially women, from their inner voice and power. You are not in a 'victim mindset' because you are struggling with the current breakdown of western society happening in real time. And you are not "low vibe" for feeling real human feelings witnessing what is happening around us to our fellow man, our animal companions and our great Mother Gaia. Let's relate to eachother in real human ways!

The 'Twin Flame' concept, at its core is not about romance or relationships; it is a catalyst for spiritual awakening and deep shadow work. It is an internal journey of deconditioning, breaking inherited cycle patterns, overcoming self-abandonment, and expanding consciousness. It is the process of shedding the false ego to return to the authentic self. Unfortunately, mainstream spiritual culture commodified the concept into a romantic fantasy, which is where the stigma and toxic label stem from. In true esoteric mechanics, counterparts step in to play specific roles. Whether a physical counterpart acts as a catalyst or the journey remains purely internal, the ultimate destination is Union with Self (and by extension, the Divine). Reducing an energetic framework to mere relationship toxicity overlooks the deeper systemic mechanics at play. As teachers, confusing the pop-culture distortion with the core archetype spreads misconception. It’s an intricate system, one I’m actually writing a book on, and it deserves to be understood beyond the surface level."
