@beatrizlopesbap I am still having issues with a purchase made over a month ago. It shows as delivered, but it was never delivered to my address. They promised a response within 3–5 days—over ten days ago—yet I still haven't heard back. A loss of over $240!!!! A TOTAL lack of commitment to the customer.

@beatrizlopesbap I am very dissatisfied! I placed an order, carefully selected everything, and paid for it; it shows as delivered, but it hasn't been. The photo isn't from my apartment complex. I’ve been trying to contact support, but I’ve been getting an error for three days. It’s disappointing!

@moonspritecat Your body sprays have become SO weak. They used to last for hours, now the scent disappears within minutes. We KNOW the formulas changed, and deleting the reviews where customers were calling this out only makes it worse. Instead of removing the criticism, FIX the problem. Bring back the strong scents and longevity you were known for. Longtime customers remember.

@lollipops.1982 Yawn. Id die for some awesome new stuff that actually smells good, string and like fall. Not this repackage, same same same that again is nothing like fall nonsense. I am not sure when you threw out scent categories and keeping to a season scent wise.
