At 60, Patrick Dempsey (@patrickdempsey) is exploring life outside of being an actor. Racing driver, philanthropist and TAG Heuer (@tagheuer) ambassador, Dempsey is living life in the fast lane. But for most of his career he lived by a kind of racetrack discipline. Controlled, precise and never quite tipping over the edge, he learned how to “stay right at the rev limiter without blowing the engine”. Now, something has shifted. In our London studio, Dempsey is more frank than he’s ever been. He talks candidly about his emotions — rage, failure and being moved to tears watching a stranger polish shoes on a London street.
