Introducing the Huevos con Machacado Bagel: Scrambled eggs, machacado (salted dried beef), avocado, serrano cream cheese and fresh red salsa served on a freshly toasted Apollo bagel. Available this Thursday at our East Village store starting at 10am until sold out. Limited quantities. See you then.
