Emmett O'Hanlon@emmettohanlon So…… only just over 3 months late in doing this BUT, nevertheless, I want to do a little bit of a throwback and appreciation post for one of the true highlights of my life…. Late last year I was told that in January 2026 I would making my Carnegie Hall debut. It was one of the most surreal moments of my life. It’s something of which, every young performer dreams. Especially as a New Yorker! So when I was told this was happening, it took quite a moment to sink in. Especially when I would be making my debut as the lead role of, Curley, in @rodgersandhammerstein “Oklahoma!” A true dream role of a lifetime. Getting to enter from the back of the audience singing “oh what a beautiful morning“ to a SOLD OUT Carnegie, is a gift I will cherish, forever. While I hope there are many opportunities in my future to ride back into Oklahoma and spend some time in Curley’s boots, this moment in my life will live with me forever. Thank you to @carnegiehall, our incredible director @shulerhensley, conductor @instarobberman, the @oslmusic… and last but certainly not least, this beautiful cast that will live in this memory with me ❤️ P.S. My favorite clip is the last one in the carousel… You can literally see the moment when I spot @shulerhensley in the crowd… the whole room was singing, and when we made eye contact, he pointed right back at me, and that’s right about the moment when everything began to be incredibly overwhelming and I teared up 😂 #carnegiehall #oklahoma #broadway #musical
