I met a friend & she said, “This city lacks the independence for me to be a woman”. I have never heard anything so sad before. I am sorry to bring so much sadness onto your feeds, but what do I do? This is us, women, all the time. And these are facts, absolutely undebatable. I am so sorry but a women’s coach in the Delhi metro does nothing, when the platforms becoming a breeding ground themselves. I am sorry but only girls schools do nothing, when eventually girls have to meet men someday. I am sorry, but no checks & measures actually result in anything concrete at all. Epstein files may have taken an exit from our feeds, sure it happened in another country, to women we have never met & never will meet; but women from all corners of the world can continue telling you horror stories for eternity, & it’s just absolutely sad.
