I didn’t even want to come back. *My first experience was already disappointing* but my friend insisted: *Chalo, this time it’ll be better.* First of all .... Seasonal Food Platter… *where was the MANGO?! 🥭* You call it a seasonal platter, but apparently the season forgot to deliver the mangoes. Oranges? *Yes* Grapefruit? *Yes* Mango? *No* *Then comes the legendary pool smell 🤢* Same old story .... that lovely *something-is-definitely-wrong-with-this-water* smell following you while you eat. *And the flies? 🪰* Oh, they were having a FULL-ON FOOD FESTIVAL of their own. Apparently, customers weren’t the only ones invited. *Then we have the staff…* *You say one thing .... they understand something else.* *You explain again .... they understand something completely different.* *At this point .... I wasn’t sure whether I was reviewing food or conducting a communication skills test ....* *BUT THEN…* *🐛 A LIVE CATERPILLAR CAME OUT OF MY FOOD.* YES. A. LIVE. CATERPILLAR. 🐛🐛🐛 *And the reaction ....?* *Instead of:* *OMG, we’re SO sorry!* *Everyone looked at me like:* Madam… are you sure YOU didn’t bring it? *Then the excuses started:* Maybe it fell from above. Maybe it came with the wind. Maybe… *At this point, just say “Maybe the caterpillar made a reservation.”* *I always say*: Don’t judge a food place only by Instagram reels and influencer reviews. What looks perfect on camera can be a completely different story when you actually sit down and eat there. *And honestly, Food Authority, please pay this place a visit. 🙏* *Because if a LIVE caterpillar can casually make its way into a customer's platter, I have serious questions about the hygiene and food-handling standards here.*
