Brewing at home? How does your water TDS impact your coffee’s taste?

TDS Meters measures electrical conductivity in your water. As you add more drops, you are adding more ions. More ions means a higher TDS reading. Having higher or lower TDS water can impact the taste of your coffee. A TDS meter between the text.
