Excited to share that tomorrow I start a 30-day #Surf Challenge. I'll be checking in with insights and updates. My transistion from active duty Army to retired Veteran has inspired me to face longheld fears and doubts about who I am and what I want my legacy to be. The #Ocean has always been a refuge for me, however, time and trauma has created a disconnect, and I find myself feeling like an observer on the shores of life. So the Mission is to (1) paddle out for 30 days to recommit to my love of Surfing. (2) Get back in shape, and (3) Inspire others to do the same! Chat Soon! @energystudiosta Excited for you to find this for yourself! I would love to see you at the studio we have a lot of classes to help build that balance and strength for surfing! This Friday we have a surf clinic too! It’s a hour workout and filled with fun surfers!
